Postage costs

Our postage costs are weight based. Our system will show any postage charges in your cart before checkout. 

Handling & Processing 

Please allow 1-2 working days for your invoice and shipping label to be printed, your order to be picked and for your items to be packed and collected from our fulfillment centre.

We take extra special care with all our orders and we do our upmost to respect the environment - where possible we use recycled, biodegradable materials. We even choose shippers with excellent environmental practices. 

UK Shipping

We will choose the most appropriate courier for your item and ensure every single shipment can be fully tracked. All of our orders are sent with tracking numbers.

European Shipping

All of our European orders are delivered within 1-9 business days by DHL and their trusted network of delivery partners

Rest of World Shipping

All Rest of World orders are delivered by DHL and their carefully selected partners within 5-15 working days.
