Not happy with your purchase? Changed your mind?

Please contact us via email so we can send you a pre-paid returns label.

Here are our return instructions:

  • Please print and attach the returns label to the box the goods came in. 
  • Please then drop the box at local ParcelShop location in the United Kingdom. 
  • We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage - which is free of charge. 
  • We should have the item back within 48-72 hours of you dropping it off.
  • We will then contact you to arrange a refund or a replacement

Kindly note: We cannot accept returns of used grocery items for hygiene reasons
